You can write the fansubbers, tell them how disgusted you are at their choice of subject. It's the game itself that should be boycotted, and others like it. Just like there is no need to have "international outrage" concerning hentai (what is so bad about "normal" comic pron?), there is no need to have "international outrage" concerning this type of game. I make no excuses for the game, it is absolutely disgusting, but the type of game (not the content) is nothing abnormal. Sure, this game is at the very most perverted edge of the spectrum, but there are a lot of dating sims or even sex games available for both men and women.
I have to add that games in the Japanese market are hugely different than the American market. What it is used for as a definition is as diverse and broad in spectrum as AVs. Hentai is basically an appropriation of a foreign term that has a passing connection to the original (hentai CAN be used as a slang word for pervert). It has become a mainstream word and has changed meanings in English. When read as its base kanji, it just means weird, strange or mutated behavior or appearance.
